Yes. Sewer scope inspections can be ordered à la carte for $249, and Targeted Diagnostic Inspections start at $299 for a single concern. Other add-ons are designed to pair with a 360 home inspection.
Which add-ons are included in my package?
Signature 360 includes a WDIIR termite inspection and a basic drip check. Premier 360 adds a sewer scope and detailed drip/sprinkler testing. Luxury 360 includes every add-on, including pool/spa and complete mold testing.
